Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how BlackWealthFunds uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) when you visit blackwealthfunds.com.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit, like your sign-in state and preferences, which makes the experience more useful and personal.
2. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary. Required to operate the site — for example, to keep you signed in, remember your security context, and process payments. The site cannot function without these and they cannot be disabled.
- Functional. Remember your preferences (such as the last filter you applied or whether you dismissed a banner) so you don’t have to set them again.
- Analytics. Help us understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve them. These are aggregated and do not identify you personally.
- Performance and error monitoring. Capture crash reports and slow-page diagnostics so we can fix bugs.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Third parties that may set cookies
- Supabase / Lovable Cloud — authentication session cookies.
- Square — fraud-prevention and payment-processing cookies on checkout pages.
4. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period (typically 30 days to 12 months) or until you delete them.
5. Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. You can also block cookies by default. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the site from working properly (for example, you won’t stay signed in).
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when.
